P-D-C-A Cycle & Works Approach
P-D-C-A ("Plan-Do-Check-Act") is a dynamic cycle that is deployed within the “System”. This P-D-C-A concept is applied for planning the core, support and outsourced works when they are established. This concept is also applied when there are any changes affecting them.
Plan
Identification of works, their sequence, interactions and activities as all these works are associated with the environmental impacts and occupational health & safety risks. Develop methods for the operation & acceptability criteria. Also, it should control anytime when necessary to meet customer requirements.
Do
Carry out operation of the works, ensuring availability of resources and information necessary to support their operation.
Check
Monitor, measure and analyze works and products against policies, objectives and requirements for the product and report the results.
Act
Take actions to continually improve the works performance.
